ZIP & PLAY replaces the traditional game box with a portable zippered pouch designed to keep all game components in one place. Game boards, dice, pawns, tokens, and other components can be stored together, making the entire game easy to carry, organize, and set up whenever the opportunity to play arises.
More than just storage, the pouch also becomes part of the game itself. Once unfolded, it transforms into a durable textile game board, creating a compact playing surface that works at home, while traveling, on family vacations, during camping trips, or anywhere a flat surface is available. It fits easily into a backpack, bag, or carry-on luggage and, when rolled up, depending on the number of game components, even into a pocket. Designed for everyday use.
Every ZIP & PLAY game is built around a modular system that adapts to different play styles. Depending on the game, the double-sided textile board can offer two completely different games or multiple game modes within the same pouch. Instead of a rigid cardboard board, ZIP & PLAY uses a flexible textile playing surface that is more durable, easier to clean, and designed for everyday use.
The system can also include a compact accessory pouch for storing dice, pawns, tokens, and other small game components. Thanks to built in snap fasteners, it can quickly transform into a portable dice tray during play.
Attached to the zipper is a dedicated NFC Keychain that provides convenient smartphone access to the game’s Online Card Extension and other available digital resources. Simply tap the keychain with your smartphone to open the connected content without searching for links or entering addresses manually.
