Meet the real creators behind 8doodles and the doodle characters who represent our creative process.

Our mission

8doodles is an independent creative studio designing playful experiences for real life. We create personalized board games, QR powered experiences, printable activities, and lifestyle projects that encourage people to play, explore, talk, discover, and spend more time together.

Our ideas are created primarily for individuals, families, friends, and travelers, with selected solutions also available for businesses and organizations. Whatever the format, the purpose remains simple: to turn ordinary moments into something worth sharing.

Why We Created 8doodles

We didn’t start 8doodles because we wanted to create another board game. We started because we noticed something bigger.

Life is busy. Screens compete constantly for our attention, and it is surprisingly easy to spend less time talking, playing, exploring, or simply enjoying the people around us. We believed creativity could help.

So instead of focusing on a single type of product, we began developing different ways to bring play and curiosity into everyday life. Some ideas became personalized board games. Others became QRious Cards, bringing interactive experiences directly to a smartphone. B

Different ideas. Different formats. One shared purpose: creating more opportunities to enjoy time together.

We also believe that playfulness, illustration, imagination, and curiosity are not just for children. They belong to anyone who still enjoys discovering something new, solving a challenge, laughing together, or simply doing something different.

Technology should not replace human interaction. It should support it. The products and technology we create are tools. What matters most is what people do with them.

We don’t believe in constant promotional emails, artificial urgency, endless offers, or creating noise simply to keep people engaged. We respect your time, your attention, and your space.

8doodles is built around something much simpler: families, friendships, creativity, curiosity, play, and real moments shared with other people.

Digital tools are part of what we create, but they are tools, not the destination. A smartphone can start a game, reveal a challenge, open a QRious Card, or inspire something new. Then the important part happens in real life.

How We Design Experiences

Every 8doodles project starts with a simple question: what will people actually do with it? Sometimes the answer becomes a physical game. Sometimes it becomes a QRious Card Experience, a printable activity, a personalized product, or a combination of physical and digital elements.

We focus on making each experience easy to understand, enjoyable to use, and flexible enough to fit naturally into everyday life.

From original game concepts and illustrations to ZIP & PLAY, QRious Cards, Online Card Extensions, and other 8doodles projects, each idea is developed with a clear purpose rather than technology for technology’s sake.
