DOLICO
DOLICO is a series of themed, interactive game books featuring quick and engaging solo Roll & Write games. Each title invites you into a different world with its own objective and a short introductory story that sets the scene and brings the game boards to life.
Every book includes a collection of specially designed printable boards. All you need is a pencil and a standard six-sided die to get started. DOLICO also brings interactive content into the experience through dedicated QRious Cards and an offline Dice Card System, giving you the freedom to play with or without an internet connection.
All DOLICO titles share the same core gameplay system, so once you learn how to play one, you can easily explore the rest of the series.
Your goal is to find your way from the entrance to the exit while completing objectives related to the game’s theme. Along the way, you may search for hidden items, collect objects with special powers, uncover secrets, fight opponents, defend yourself, avoid dangers, use hidden passages, or teleport to different locations.
Using a standard six-sided die, you move from square to square, connecting the dots positioned in the center of each space. Every move brings new decisions as you navigate obstacles and work toward your destination.
Points can also play an important role. In some games, you must earn a required number of points before reaching the exit and completing the board. Your movements, scores, and other game information are recorded directly on the game sheet, just below the playing area.
Different layouts, objects, obstacles, and special challenges keep the gameplay varied, making every board a new experience.
Each DOLICO title features its own interactive QRious Cards set, created specifically for that game. When you reach a marked space, you can scan the QR code to reveal an event, challenge, bonus, penalty, special ability, or unexpected surprise that adds a new element to your game.
The experience continues to grow after release. Existing QRious Cards sets are regularly expanded with new content, while additional game sheets become available in Members Resources, offering fresh layouts and new opportunities to enjoy your favorite titles.
Prefer to play without a smartphone or internet connection? Every DOLICO book also includes a Dice Card System with 72 basic card results, allowing you to access additional game events and challenges completely offline.

Not always. Some boards are connected, meaning that completing one directs you to another board with a specific number. Other boards can be played independently, allowing you to choose any board and play in any order.
No. All you need is a printed game board, a pencil, and a standard six-sided die. DOLICO game books are designed in US Letter format (8.5 × 11 inches), making them easy to print at home.
Most DOLICO games are available to 8doodles Members through Members Resources, where you can download game books, additional boards, and other game materials. Selected titles can also be purchased separately from our online store without a membership.

The name DOLICO was created by combining parts of three English words:
