Part I

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at https://8doodles.com and the products, Memberships, personalized services, digital experiences, and other services offered through 8doodles.

8doodles is operated by 360 Heller Media.

By accessing https://8doodles.com, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or using any other services provided by 8doodles.com.

We, 8doodles.com, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Nature of Individual Membership Services

8doodles Individual Membership combines personalized services with games, digital tools, printable resources, Member Resources, and other experiences available within the 8doodles Ecosystem.

Every paid Individual Membership purchased as a standalone Membership includes one Personalized Printable Game individually prepared for the Member by the 8doodles team.

The Member selects an eligible game from the available personalization collection and provides the information and materials required for that game, which may include a name, title, slogan, logo, photograph, background image, text, or other supported personalization elements.

The 8doodles team prepares the personalized version specifically for the Member while maintaining the original mechanics and structure of the selected game. The completed Personalized Printable Game is delivered as a print-ready PDF file that the Member can download and print.

Depending on the selected Membership level, Membership may also include additional games, printable materials, QRious Card experiences, digital tools, Member Resources, publications, learning content, Online Card collections, and other resources or experiences made available during the active Membership period.

Selected Membership levels may also include a Personalized Digital Dice Set or other individually prepared personalized content.

The scope of the included personalized service, games, tools, resources, and other Membership benefits may vary according to the selected Membership level and the current Membership offer published by 8doodles.

The Personalized Printable Game included with Membership is prepared using the personalization options available for the selected game. More extensive customization, custom design work, modifications to game mechanics, additional personalized games, or other custom projects may require a separate order and additional fees.

Membership resources, libraries, digital tools, and other online materials are provided as components of the broader Membership experience and remain subject to the applicable license and usage terms described in these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service were last updated on October 7, 2026.

Individual Membership Payments and Personalization

Individual Membership fees are payable in advance at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Because every paid Individual Membership includes a Personalized Printable Game prepared specifically for the Member, personalization work may begin after the Member submits the information and materials required for the selected game.

Once personalization work has begun, the portion of the purchase relating to the individualized personalization service may be non-refundable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Failure to provide the materials required for personalization during the active Membership period does not extend the Membership period, carry the unused personalization benefit forward, or convert it into another benefit unless otherwise agreed by 8doodles.

Membership Term and Access

Individual Membership is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

Access to Member Resources, game collections, digital tools, QRious Card experiences, Online Card collections, publications, learning content, and other Membership benefits is available only during an active Membership period, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or resource.

Physical Product Shipping

Physical 8doodles products are available for shipping only to destinations currently supported by 8doodles. Available shipping destinations and methods are determined at checkout and may change over time.

8doodles does not currently ship physical products to countries within the European Union. This restriction applies only to physical products and does not prevent customers in those countries from purchasing eligible Memberships, printable products, digital experiences, or other non-physical services.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders cannot be shipped to destinations for which no supported shipping method is available at checkout.

Current shipping availability, regional restrictions, delivery methods, and other shipping information are provided on the 8doodles Shipping Information page.

Personalized Physical Products

Personalized physical products are made to order specifically for the customer based on the selected product, personalization option, and materials or information provided by the customer.

Production may begin after the personalization details have been confirmed and, where applicable, the design has been approved by the customer.

Because personalized physical products are individually prepared and produced for a specific customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once personalization or production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved personalization.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details, names, text, images, logos, and other submitted information for accuracy before approving the project for production.

Membership Included with Physical Products

Selected Personalized Board Games may include a 12 Month 8doodles Membership as part of the purchase, as stated in the applicable product description.

The included Membership provides the games, digital tools, Member Resources, QRious Card experiences, printable resources, and other benefits specified for that Membership offer. Because the physical product itself is already personalized for the customer, the included Membership does not include an additional Personalized Printable Game or other additional personalized content unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The included Membership is not activated automatically. The customer must contact 8doodles after purchase so that the Membership can be set up and activated.

The Membership period begins when the included Membership is activated by 8doodles.

Free Trial

8doodles may offer a limited free trial that allows users to explore selected parts of the platform before purchasing a paid Membership.

The free trial provides only the content, games, tools, and resources designated as available during the trial period. It does not include a Personalized Printable Game, Personalized Digital Dice Set, or other personalized services included with eligible paid Memberships.

Access provided during the free trial ends when the trial period expires unless the user purchases a paid Membership.

The availability, duration, and scope of the free trial may be changed or discontinued by 8doodles at any time.

Participation in the free trial does not create any entitlement to a Personalized Printable Game, Personalized Digital Dice Set, or other personalized benefit unless the user subsequently purchases an eligible paid Membership.

Prices, Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices for Memberships, products, personalization services, and other 8doodles offerings are displayed on the applicable product or service page at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other required fees may be added where required by law or according to the selected product and delivery destination.

Any additional customization or services requested beyond the scope included with the purchased product or Membership may require a separate fee, which will be communicated before the additional work begins.

Membership Renewal and Expiration

Individual Membership is provided for the term stated at the time of purchase and does not renew automatically.

Before the Membership expires, the Member may receive an email reminder informing them that the Membership period is approaching its end and that renewal is available.

If the Membership is not renewed before or within the applicable renewal period, the Membership will expire and access to Membership-only games, digital tools, Member Resources, QRious Card experiences, Online Card collections, and other Membership benefits will end.

After expiration, the Member account may be permanently deleted together with the data, settings, personalized digital content, personalized tools, and other account-specific materials connected to that Membership.

Once deleted, this information cannot be restored.

Completed Personalized Printable Games that were previously delivered to the Member as downloadable PDF files may continue to be used for personal use after Membership expiration, subject to the applicable license terms.

Customer Provided Personalization Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and materials required for personalization.

8doodles prepares personalized products and services based on the information and materials submitted or approved by the customer.

8doodles is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted personalization information that was provided or approved by the customer.

Printable and Downloadable Materials

Personalized Printable Games, Print & Play games, game sheets, templates, publications, and other downloadable materials provided by 8doodles are licensed for the use permitted by the applicable product, Membership, or license.

Materials provided for personal use may be downloaded and printed by the customer for their own personal or household use.

Unless expressly permitted by 8doodles, downloadable files may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, uploaded to file sharing services, or made available to other users outside the scope of the applicable license.

Personalization of an 8doodles game or resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying game design, mechanics, graphics, templates, systems, or other 8doodles intellectual property to the customer.

Membership Content and Availability

The games, digital tools, QRious Card experiences, Online Card collections, Member Resources, publications, learning content, printable materials, and other resources included with Membership may change over time.

8doodles may add, update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual Membership resources as the 8doodles Ecosystem develops.

Membership does not guarantee permanent availability of every individual game, tool, collection, download, or resource that may be available at a particular time.

The Personalized Printable Game included with a paid Membership remains subject to the personalization options and eligible game collection available at the time the Member submits the personalization request.

Personalization and Production Time

Completion times for personalized products and services may vary depending on the selected product, personalization scope, materials provided by the customer, required approvals, current workload, and production requirements.

Any estimated preparation, production, or delivery time provided by 8doodles is an estimate and may change if additional information, materials, revisions, or customer approval are required.

Delays caused by incomplete materials, delayed customer responses, requested changes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of 8doodles may extend the completion time.

Email Communication and Project Confirmation

Email is the primary method of communication between 8doodles and the customer for personalized products, services, approvals, project details, and other order related arrangements.

Project scope, personalization details, requested changes, approvals, pricing adjustments, production confirmations, and other important arrangements may be confirmed by email.

Email correspondence between 8doodles and the customer may serve as the primary written record of the agreed project details and communication related to the order or personalized service.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for reviewing communications sent by 8doodles during the personalization and production process.

Limitations of Use

By using 8doodles products, Memberships, accounts, digital tools, downloadable materials, personalized services, or other services, you agree that you will not:

1. copy, modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or create unauthorized derivative works from 8doodles materials, software, games, systems, or digital tools;
2. remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or other proprietary notices from 8doodles materials;
3. share, transfer, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, mirror, or make 8doodles materials available to others outside the scope of the applicable license;
4. use 8doodles products or services in a way that disrupts, damages, abuses, overloads, or interferes with our systems, services, or other users;
5. upload, submit, publish, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, threatening, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material;
6. use 8doodles products or services in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
7. use 8doodles accounts, services, or resources for unauthorized advertising, spam, fraud, or deceptive activity;
8. collect, harvest, or misuse personal information belonging to other users without authorization;
9. use 8doodles products or services in a manner that infringes the privacy, intellectual property, contractual, or other legal rights of another person or organization.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained on this website and provided through 8doodles products, Memberships, games, services, and digital experiences is owned by or licensed to 8doodles.com and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Individual customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use eligible games, materials, and resources for personal and private use.

Commercial customers, Business Partners, and organizations may receive a separate commercial license subject to the terms of the applicable product, service, Membership, or written agreement.

All licenses constitute permission to use the applicable materials and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

The duration of a license depends on the applicable product, Membership, service, or resource. Access based licenses may end when the applicable Membership or service expires or is terminated, while materials expressly provided for continued personal use, including eligible downloaded Personalized Printable Games, may continue to be used subject to the applicable license terms.

Any license may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to 8doodles. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may require permission to use it depending on how and why it is submitted.

When you voluntarily post, upload, share, or otherwise submit content for publication or display through our website or associated services, you grant 8doodles a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.

When you provide photographs, logos, graphics, text, names, slogans, or other materials specifically for the purpose of personalizing an 8doodles product or service, you grant 8doodles permission to use, reproduce, modify, resize, format, and otherwise process those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, deliver, and support your personalized product or service.

You confirm that you own the materials you submit or have the necessary rights and permissions to authorize their use for the requested purpose.

Materials submitted specifically for a personalized project will not be used publicly for advertising, promotional materials, portfolio purposes, or other unrelated uses without your permission.

You give us permission to use your username and other account information only as reasonably necessary to operate your account and provide the services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Our website, products, Memberships, digital experiences, downloadable materials, personalized services, and other services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. 8doodles.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties or conditions, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific use.

To the extent permitted by law, 8doodles.com, 360 Heller Media, and their suppliers or service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or reliance on any 8doodles website, product, Membership, digital experience, downloadable material, personalized service, or other service, even if 8doodles has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

For purposes of these Terms, consequential or indirect loss may include loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, savings, reputation, use, benefit, or data, including loss or corruption of data, whether arising under contract, tort, negligence, statute, equity, indemnity, or another legal theory.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

Information, descriptions, materials, games, resources, and other content provided through 8doodles are intended to be accurate and useful, but may be updated, changed, expanded, or corrected over time.

8doodles does not guarantee that every description, resource, instruction, publication, digital experience, or other material will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

Where information relating to a specific purchased product, personalized project, Membership, or service differs from general website information, the applicable product description, project confirmation, email correspondence, or agreed service details may take precedence.

Links and Third Party Services

8doodles may include links to third party websites, services, platforms, or resources that are not owned or controlled by 8doodles.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, accuracy, or operation of third party websites or services.

The inclusion of a link or reference does not imply endorsement, approval, partnership, or control by 8doodles.

Use of any third party website or service is at the customer’s own risk and may be subject to separate terms, policies, or conditions established by the applicable third party.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate access to your account, Membership, website features, digital tools, Member Resources, personalized services, or other 8doodles services if you breach these Terms, misuse 8doodles products or services, fail to make required payments, or engage in prohibited activity.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. In cases involving serious misuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, fraud, or material breach of these Terms, access may be suspended or terminated immediately.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Part II

Business Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 7, 2026.

8doodles provides customized business services that may include account setup, branding, digital tools, creative materials, private or dedicated digital spaces, interactive experiences, and other solutions designed for business, educational, hospitality, community, promotional, or customer engagement purposes.

Depending on the selected Partner Membership or service, 8doodles may configure and prepare the Partner environment using the name, logo, colors, branding, materials, and other information provided by the Partner.

All 8doodles game designs, materials, digital tools, systems, templates, graphics, content, and other intellectual property remain the property of 8doodles or its licensors. Purchase of a physical product, where applicable, does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property incorporated into that product.

Membership and Licensing

Each Partner Membership is licensed and configured for one business, property, community, organization, or physical location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each licensed location may have its own account, branding, access credentials, digital environment, and other configuration prepared specifically for that Partner location.

If a Partner operates multiple locations and wishes to use 8doodles services across more than one location, a separate Membership or license may be required for each location. Multi-location arrangements and discounts may be available depending on the scope of the project.

The Partner receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the applicable 8doodles platform, content, tools, and materials only within the scope of the purchased Partner Membership or written agreement.

Payments and Renewals

Partner Membership fees, setup fees, customization fees, and other applicable service charges are payable in advance at the price stated during checkout, in the applicable offer, or on the invoice.

Each Partner Membership applies to the business, property, community, organization, or location specified for that Membership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Because Partner Memberships may include customized setup, branding, configuration, content preparation, and other individually prepared services, fees relating to work that has already begun may be non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Partner Memberships are renewed only when the Partner purchases or confirms a new Membership period. Renewal is not automatic unless expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.

Failure to renew may result in expiration of access to Partner-specific digital environments, tools, materials, updates, and other services included with the active Partner Membership.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, access to affected Partner services may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

Branding and Customization

Depending on the selected Partner Membership or project scope, 8doodles may configure the Partner environment using the name, logo, colors, branding, images, text, and other materials provided by the Partner.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate, usable, and legally authorized branding materials and for confirming that they have the necessary rights to all submitted logos, graphics, photographs, text, and other content.

The included scope of branding and customization is defined by the applicable Membership, offer, invoice, or written project agreement.

Minor adjustments that fall within the agreed setup may be included. More extensive redesign, additional customization, new content preparation, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Content and Usage

8doodles content, games, puzzles, downloads, publications, media, digital tools, and other materials provided through a Partner Membership may be used only within the scope of the applicable Partner Membership, license, or written agreement.

Partners may make eligible materials available to their residents, guests, customers, employees, or other authorized users only when this use is permitted by the applicable Partner Membership.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Partners may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, upload to third party platforms, or make 8doodles materials available outside the licensed business, property, community, organization, or location.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their use and presentation of 8doodles materials remain consistent with the applicable license, agreed project scope, and these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All visual, textual, printable, digital, interactive, and other materials provided through a Partner Membership remain the intellectual property of 8doodles, 360 Heller Media, or their applicable licensors.

Personalization, branding, configuration, or customization of an 8doodles product, digital environment, game, resource, or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying 8doodles intellectual property to the Partner.

The Partner receives only the license and usage rights specifically included with the applicable Partner Membership, service, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, those rights remain valid only during the active Partner Membership or applicable license period. Upon expiration, cancellation, or termination, the Partner must discontinue use of Membership-only 8doodles content, tools, materials, and licensed resources.

Support and Updates

During an active Partner Membership, Partners may receive ongoing support related to account setup, configuration, content access, regular updates, and the use of included 8doodles tools and resources.

Updates may include new games, puzzles, printable materials, digital resources, templates, publications, QRious Card experiences, or other content made available within the applicable Partner Membership.

Support does not include unlimited custom development, major redesign, extensive content creation, third party integration work, or services outside the scope of the applicable Membership or written agreement.

Additional work outside the included support scope may require a separate fee.

Multi-Location and Additional Licenses

If a Partner operates multiple properties, communities, businesses, or locations and wishes to use 8doodles services at more than one location, additional Memberships or licenses may be required.

Multi-location arrangements, custom configurations, and volume pricing may be available depending on the number of locations and the scope of services required.

Any multi-location arrangement must be confirmed by 8doodles in the applicable offer, invoice, or written agreement.

Marketing and Co-Branding

8doodles may provide Partners with marketing materials, banners, graphics, templates, promotional assets, and other materials intended to support the presentation of 8doodles services within the Partner’s business, property, community, organization, or licensed location.

These materials may be used only within the scope of the active Partner Membership or applicable written agreement and may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly redistributed, or used for unrelated commercial purposes.

Partners may not remove 8doodles branding, ownership notices, or other identifying elements from provided materials unless expressly authorized in writing.

Any public campaign, co-branded promotion, publication, advertisement, or other external communication that uses the 8doodles name, logo, brand identity, or presents a formal relationship with 8doodles must be approved in writing before publication.

Community Connect Catalog (CCC)

Participation in the Community Connect Catalog is optional and may be available only to eligible Partners or selected Membership levels.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information, images, offers, advertisements, links, and other materials they submit for inclusion in the Community Connect Catalog.

8doodles may review, edit, approve, reject, remove, or request changes to submitted listings or promotional materials in order to maintain the quality, relevance, safety, and consistency of the catalog.

Partners may not use the Community Connect Catalog to publish unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content.

Participation in the Community Connect Catalog does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by 8doodles of the Partner, its products, or its services.

Neutrality and Content Policy

8doodles is an independent creative, recreational, and educational platform and does not endorse political parties, religious organizations, ideological movements, or other advocacy groups unless an official relationship has been expressly confirmed by 8doodles in writing.

Partners may not use 8doodles products, services, digital environments, branding, or materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or support by 8doodles.

Partners may not use 8doodles services to publish or distribute unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, abusive, deliberately misleading, or otherwise harmful content.

8doodles may remove or restrict content, suspend access, or discontinue a Partner service where submitted or published material violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, or creates a material risk to 8doodles, its users, or its reputation.

Termination and Suspension

8doodles may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Partner account, Membership, license, digital environment, or related services if the Partner breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, misuses 8doodles materials, violates the applicable license, engages in unlawful or fraudulent activity, creates a security risk, or otherwise materially misuses the services.

Where appropriate, 8doodles may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before suspension or termination.

Immediate suspension or termination may occur where the violation involves fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, unauthorized use of intellectual property, serious misuse of 8doodles branding or services, or another material breach of these Terms.

Upon expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination, access to Partner specific digital environments, Membership only resources, licensed materials, tools, and related services may end immediately.

Termination does not remove any payment obligations or other responsibilities that arose before the effective date of termination.

Limitation of Use and Representation

Partners are not authorized to present themselves as official representatives, agents, affiliates, resellers, or authorized distributors of 8doodles unless such a relationship has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Partners may not make statements, publish materials, or use 8doodles branding in a way that creates a false or misleading impression regarding the nature of their relationship with 8doodles.

Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, redistribution, transfer, or commercial exploitation of 8doodles products, services, Memberships, digital tools, content, or licensed materials is prohibited.

Any use outside the scope of the applicable Partner Membership, license, or written agreement requires prior written authorization from 8doodles.

Liability and Warranty

8doodles Partner Memberships, digital environments, tools, materials, customized services, and other related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

8doodles does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, error free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, or suitability for a specific business purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, 8doodles and 360 Heller Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or reliance on Partner services, digital environments, tools, materials, or customized content.

8doodles is not responsible for service limitations or interruptions caused by internet connectivity, network quality, third party services, external hosting, outdated software, unsupported devices, browser limitations, Partner side modifications, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of 8doodles.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Business Partner Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Amendments

8doodles may review and update these Business Partner Terms & Conditions as our services, Memberships, tools, licensing models, and business offerings develop.

Any updated version will be published on the 8doodles website and will become effective from the date stated in the revised Terms or, if no separate effective date is stated, from the date of publication.

Continued use of an active Partner Membership or related 8doodles services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
