Physical Welcome Gifts are priced separately and can be ordered or reordered in flexible quantities based on your community’s needs. Digital access and technical support are provided throughout the active subscription period.

Is there a minimum order quantity for physical Welcome Gifts?

Yes. The minimum order is 10 items. You can choose different Welcome Gift options and place additional orders whenever your community needs them, without committing to large inventories.

Do we need to pay the setup fee again when reordering?

No. Your approved designs and production files are retained for future orders. Reorders using existing designs do not require another setup fee. Significant redesigns or new custom requirements may involve additional charges.

How long does production take?

Production timelines depend on product selection, order quantity, and our current studio schedule. All physical Welcome Gifts are prepared in our US-based studio, and estimated production and delivery timelines are confirmed before your order is finalized.

Can residents access QRious Cards without an NFC keychain?

Yes. QRious Cards can be opened through a QR code or direct link on a compatible device. Community managers can share access through emails, printed materials, welcome letters, or community announcements. No app installation is required.

Can community information be updated after the initial setup?

Yes. Community information and digital content can be updated without replacing physical Welcome Gifts or QR codes, provided the access link remains unchanged. Standard technical support is included with your active subscription, while additional creative work, major content changes, or redesigns may be quoted separately.

What happens if we want to upgrade to another package?

You can request an upgrade as your community’s needs evolve. Existing designs and compatible digital content can be reused, while additional setup work and subscription adjustments are quoted according to the new package.

How do we receive a personalized quote?

Does the NFC keychain provide permanent access to digital content?
